This week's program will be about the Thomasville Antiques Show. Kristyn Pittman will talk about what to expect at this year's show: upcoming speakers, exhibitors, and opportunities to get involved!
The 2026 Thomasville Antiques Show – Feb. 26 through March 1 – will bring together a curated collection of premier antiques, fine art, and contemporary design from renowned exhibitors across the United States — with all proceeds supporting local nonprofit organizations dedicated to enhancing the lives of children in our area.
The Thomasville City Spanish Club, along with language clubs from Brookwood School and Thomas County Central High School, will host their second annual Thomasville Multicultural Celebration on Saturday, Jan. 31 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the fairgrounds.
As a vital part of Thomasville’s multicultural community, the Rotary Club of Thomasville has been invited to host an informational booth highlighting the history of Rotary and our current service projects, including the Community Market and GRSP. This booth presents an excellent opportunity to promote the Rotary brand, share our mission, and engage with the broader community.
To staff the booth throughout the day, we are seeking 10 Rotarians to volunteer their time. Shifts can be arranged to accommodate schedules.
If you are interested in participating or would like more information, please contact Jason Goldman at (310) 625-7795. Your involvement will help showcase the impact Rotary continues to have in our community.
This year's district conference is Thursday, April 16 – Sunday, April 19 at Lake Lanier Island Resort. Join the Thomasville delegation for an activity-filled, fun learning opportunity.
Registration will be $350 through the rest of January, but on Feb. 1, the registration fee increases to $375 and activity spots are filling FAST!
Find more information about the agenda.

From DG Steve Ivory:
Don’t forget to book your hotel room in the conference block so you’re right in the middle of the action. We’ve planned nonstop experiences for Rotarians and guests from Thursday through Sunday!
Conference Highlights:
The OneBlood Blood Mobile will be onsite at Vashti on Thursday, Feb. 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All donors will receive a prize along with a wellness checkup, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count and cholesterol screening.
Appointments are encouraged, please visit oneblood.org/donate-now and use sponsor code 17630.
Don't forget to bring your ID when you arrive for your appointment.

The annual Rotary Scott Senior Center Valentine Party is Friday, Feb. 13 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Join your fellow Rotarians to chat with seniors, serve lunch, pass out Valentines, and help the seniors visit the ice cream truck.

Contact Angela Williamson (229.977.2657) to volunteer.
The Thomasville R.E.A.D. Foundation and the Rotary Club of Thomasville are planning the inaugural Thomasville Ritz Music Festival on Saturday, March 21, featuring an incredible variety of music performances – country, R&B, country rock, pop, southern soul funk, and music from some of the best DJs in the Southeast.
Proceeds from the festival will benefit R.E.A.D. and power its literacy initiative and support other life-changing programs and partnerships for children in K-12 schools in our community.
To become a sponsor or for more information, contact Stephan Thompson (404.488.2761). To volunteer, contact Angela Williamson (229.977.2657).
