This week, our Rotary program will be presented by Thomas County manager Mike Stephenson. He'll discuss current topics of interest for Thomas County and answer questions.
Come learn more about our community and the challenges and opportunities ahead of us.

On Thursday, we'll also have Wine or Whine from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at one of the newest places in town: The Dog & Pony - a British pub located at 213 S Broad St, Thomasville.
Come fellowship with fellow Rotarians. Spouses, friends and guests welcome. Please let Arthur Wigfall, membership director, know if you are planning to bring guests.
This event will also be kickoff meeting for anyone interested in volunteering for the annual golf tournament. Scooter Grubbs and Mary Beth Donalson are coordinating volunteers for the golf tournament on Aug. 23.
The board will meet Monday, July 14 at 5:15 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce. All directors should attend and send reports to their fellow board members at least a day in advance for review.
Members are welcome to attend. In fact, all red-ribbon members are required to attend at least one board meeting during their time as a red-ribbon member.
Join us Wednesday, July 16 at Grassroots anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. for a cup of coffee and a casual conversation with fellow Rotarians! Stay long enough to eat breakfast or grab your coffee to-go. No agenda, no requirements.

Here's your running look at the calendar for the remainder of this month.
